Nice quiet location

We had travelled a long to attend a funeral, the tea and coffee facilities were ordinary and tissues would have been appreciated

There was no breakfast ….. b but no b! Good shower

Feels like you’re staying in a garage! Also cld hear upstairs & therefore thought the owners cld hear you too.
