Pet Friendly St Johns Apartment 3 Bed 2 Bath 2 CarPark Brisbane CBD

It was very spacious, great location.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower pressure in the main bathroom was very poor.The remote would only work in the garage it didn't work entering the building from the street we had to walk around to the garage.

Great location, only a short walk to the CBD and waterfront promenade. Access to the building was via a FOB key a at the ground floor entrance, and to get into the apartment, one would enter a numerical code into the digital lock. Huge apartment that easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and also an equally huge balcony space. The decor was modern and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment had everything one would expect of a home., air conditioning, full kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer.

I think the only complaint I have would be the inconvenience of the key collection and drop off on the first and last day which was at a 7-eleven on Leichhardt street. This was a good 650m walk uphill from the apartment. Not advisable if you have luggage with you. We took a taxi from the airport on the first day and had the driver make a detour to the 7-eleven to pick up the keys. It would have been a nightmare otherwise walk with our luggage. Thankfully we were given a heads up in the pre-arrival information that was sent to us. This is the first apartment I’ve stayed at that had such an inconvenient key pick up arrangement. Please consider an alternative arrangement or someplace closer to the apartment. Another heads up. The apartment is listed on Booking.com as StJohn’s Apartment which is misleading. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building named ‘Metropolis’. No where is there any external signage with the name St John’s Apartment.

Picking up keys from 10 minutes away with luggage etc and the 3pm checkin

Very easy to collect the keys.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Comfortable and clean and great location with a small walk to Queen st Mall and central station
