Amazing River View - 3 Bedroom Apartment - Brisbane CBD - Netflix - Fast Wifi - Carpark

Keys were not in locked box as per instructions. Multiple calls left unanswered, they finally arranged for a plumber on site to bring keys. Unable to access floor in lift, plumber then appeared at ground level with the correct keys. No house manual despite messages saying there was. No shampoo and conditioner in bottles in main bathroom. The hosts kept asking for our itinerary prior to checking in, advised we were catching up with family yet they continued to ask after supplying ages all over 60 and 80 years old. After checkout we were contacted about a stain in a bedroom, no photos supplied despite requests and no food or drink had been consumed in rooms. Hosts difficult to contact and communicate with. Their instructions for check in and check out come across as particularly harsh in tone including communication regarding the security deposit. Note it's not a pre-auth or hold, it does get posted to your account with a refund after checking out, still waiting for refund. They will also ask you not to post negative reviews on line, however, a review should never be manipulated buy a host, hence this honest review posted for the interest of future guests. However, despite our poor experience with the hosts, the apartment and facilities are as stated and comfortable.
