Great location and lovely room with great facilities., The owners were so nice and accommodating as well. Would definitely book again.

Great location, great amenities. Easy, quick and great communication regarding check in and parking process. Information about everything in the apartment was clear and easy to understand. Appreciate the amount of items supplied.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the CBD. The 2 bedrooms were upstairs with lounge and kitchen downstairs. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooked Story bridge. The aircon worked brilliantly and the bathrooms were well equipped. The apartment was a short walk to the river were you could catch the RiverCat.

When I booked this apartment through Booking.com I had wanted an apartment hotel with 24hr reception. I didnt realise this was like an AirBNB (which I am not a fan of) and you actually deal direct with the owner. The keys weren't at the hotel but at the convenience store next door. I had no idea how to get in to the hotel or park as the owner had emailed me instructions in the afternoon when we are already on the plane flying to Brisbane so I never received her instructions. It would have been useful to receive this email a day before expected arrival to allow for clients who are in transit and dont check emails every 5 minutes. That being said the owner was super helpful and the whole process was very easy in collecting the keys at the convenience store and there are lots of clear instructions how to and where to park so this is not a negative, just something to be aware of.
