Felix 374 FF Apartment

Amazing location right in the city and overlooking the river. Floor to ceiling windows for uninterrupted views. Spacious and well appointed with everything you could need. Super comfy king size bed. Two bathrooms and an extra toilet downstairs, bedding for up to 5 people. Nice big balcony.

Our only issue was that the dryer wasn’t working.

View is amazing. Facilities great. Everything we could need. Even had face cleanser and pads 😲. Good quality products. Coffee machine is top notch, luckily my daughter was a barista in the past so she was at home making awesome coffees. Beds very comfy. Water pressure fantastic and showers great. They had put a Christmas tree up and decorated. Massive tree. Really put thought into the extra touches

The dining table was very badly damaged which was not on at all. It had sharp jagged broken edges. Luckily we were able to cover it and still have our family meal on it but it really should not be in the apartment as it is dangerous. Very dissatisfied with that. 😡

Stunning views of Brisbane River and Story Bridge from every room (except bathrooms, of course). Beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment with everything provided in generous amounts, including toiletries and washing powder, plus extra bath towels and pool towels. Very well equipped kitchen, with large fridge, extra tea towels, coffee machine and beans, and a lovely selection of tea bags. We loved the addition of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and nativity set. Thank you!

Parking is tight. Information/availability of checkout/key drop off prior to 6 am - would be helpful to have this included in the booking information. The key is collected and returned to the nearby corner store, which opens at 6 a.m. If we had thought about checking the store's opening hours earlier than the night before departing, we would have communicated with the owner about key drop off prior to 6 am. It didn't affect us too much, as we were driving, but be organised if you are on a schedule, such as catching a plane.
