The view is excellent, and the building is literally just a few steps away from Gare du Nord: with line 3 or 4 you are in city center in no time. The host is very friendly and accomodating. The other residents of the building (that I encountered) were all friendly as well. Compared to prices (and price/quality!) of places in the rest of Brussels, this is really a fair price too. The apartment was also clean and neat.

There are really no downsides that one could blame the host for, and I think the price I paid fairly reflects the only drawbacks: The apartment is really very small, and the furnishing is old. The region around Gare du Nord is not very nice, and at night even a bit hostile. But again: there is nothing that the host could do about this.

nice location. right in fromt of Bruxells Nord. building looks old from outside but the flat is nice and clean Host Karim is amazing and I felt he loves hosting guests. as he was in touch with me a day before my journey guiding me to his property and made sure he was available for us if we ran into problems

the location is not great but it worked for me and for anyone specially staying for work

I loved the location, it's just outside of a metro and train station and not far from the city center. Also Karim the host is honestly one of the nicest people I ever met. So welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed and provided lots of recommendations for our stay. Also everything was really comfortable. It also has a great kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking.

It's a bit old fashioned and simple, but it was great for us either way.
