Good location for the main rail station Brussels-Nord within close by, and metro stations in both directions.

The safe did not unlock and could not be closed, brought new batteries, and tried again. The system did not allow me to apply a new password. Contacted the host and was given no help, with my laptop and passport not as safe as I would have wished. If they advertised a safe in the accommodation it should be a working safe

Decent location but not in a particular nice neighbourhood.

Weird description of where the key was. Towel provided was perhaps the smallest one I have ever seen. Sketchy neighbourhood it felt like. Small bed and I strongly believe that the toilet paper and soap that was provided was only there because they had been left behind by earlier tenants. I am in Belgium every second week for work and this place I will certainly not come back to. Not that it was awful, one can just get much better places for the same money and in much better areas etc.

The location of the key was problematic for me as I was very tired from a long journey. It was like a game of Cluedo and took some time, on my part to find the key as it was located in an area that was unexpected.,

The apartment itself was fine, except from the bed.

I didn't feel comfortable in the neighbourhood and the noise from the traffic at night was unbearable.
