We never got to the property. The manager/host contacted me several days before our planned visit to say there was a problem and offered to refund us. This has not happened 😡

It looked great and we are really disappointed about what has happened.

The apartment is very spacious, light and airy. The location is great - it's located right on Avenue Louise with a tram stop right by the front door. With massive windows facing the avenue, you get a great sense of the hustle and bustle of Brussels.

We received ZERO communication about how to check-in until 3pm on the day of check-in, even though check-in is at 14:00 according to booking.com. Imagine arriving in a foreign city after a 16 hour flight with all your luggage, standing in front of the apartment you paid for, in the rain, with no indication as to how or when you will get access (if at all). It was an hour of agony that started our holiday off on a low note. The apartment itself needs some maintenance done - the shower head needs replacement, the dishwasher didn't work and many lightbulbs were blown. When we finally checked in, there was still a load of laundry running in both the washing machine and the dryer. I ended up having to dry the wet washing of previous guests on my holiday. I feel this place is not being managed properly by the agents.

Amazing flat, great design, central Location but very quiet at the same time, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to cook, spacious, with interesting details. I would definitely book my stay here again when I next visit Brussels.

Worse check-in experience I ever had in hundreds of stays over various platforms. The host did not send me the check-in details and had not responded to my phone calls and messages. He is not using the phone number he makes available on booking but another phone number. Only after Booking.com tried to contact him he did give them the check-in details and they gave them to me. He has not responded to my queries I made later either. For someone that has a communication company I say the service is abismal. It took an hour for us to get a way to enter the building. Looking at other comments for this host we have found out that he did this several times. We also discovered that there is no shampoo or body soap as the containers were completetly empty. We bought our own the second day. On the bath sink there is a white box in which we found used plasters and long hair. Looks like the maid did not cleaned that container. All the bed sheets and pillow sheets were very crumpled and we initially thought that they were not changed. They smelled fresh so I assume they were just not ironed and were thrown in a hurry on the bed.

Good location with public transport and grocery stores. Photos are accurate and apartment was equipped as described. Good soundproof even though apartment is next to the tram line. Host accommodated an extension when our flight was delayed.

If the first contact number in the website didn't respond, the second number is the host, who responded promptly.

We had issues accessing our he building as the keys were not available. Luckily Hernan was on the phone within minutes and offered a solution to check us in nearby hotel. The cleaning lady in charge of dropping off keys the following morning was late so we had to wait outside the property. She also does a poor job cleaning up the place with wet laundry in the machine, broken items, stains etc
