TV did not work

The place looks exactly like in the photos. It's clean, comfortable, and has everything I needed for my stay. The bus stop is a couple of steps from the apartment. The area appears to be safe as I never felt unsafe even when we walked around at night. Never had any issues with noise.

The booking does not include breakfast and the remote host failed to yield to all entreaties to turn on the electric hub which he obviously switched off from the mains to enable me fix breakfast. The host does not pick calls. He does not reply to texts. The money i spent on groceries was wasted.

My luggage was stolen from the apartment in the morning of my departure. The host declined to pick my calls nor answer my sos messages to him. He also lied to the police that he had no access to the CCTV cameras but he announced that he could view me at the apartment from the day i arrived. The host does not provide housekeeping of any kind at least to empty the trash. I had to be with trash for the six days i spent there.

The position and the fact that the flat is at the ground floor. The shower is spacious.

The host/owner is not responsive at all: we tried to call twice and sent an SMS and we are still waiting for an answer or a call back. The description of the property says there is a bidet and in the flat there is no bidet. The bed is very tight for two adults. The oven was very dirty (we did not use it, but still...). For 4 nights and 2 people, only 5 coffee capsules were provided and no other drinks or things for breakfast, not even a courtesy bottle of water.
