"Nice room but some reparations needed"

Nice and comfy bed. Clean. Check in was smooth.

Hard to flush the toilet. Door handles falling off. No solution for hanging a towel in the kitchenette. Close to red light district.

"Do not stay here if you want to sleep at night"

The room was big

That the heater was broken on hot and couldn't turn it off. The room so hot even with the windows open we couldn't sleep. Plus with the windows open the trains and traffic made it impossible to sleep even if it cooled off the room. I messaged the host several times and he never came to even look at it while we were there. The day we were leaving he messaged us and said he'd look at it the next day. the stairs to the unit were falling down and unsafe. Also the little bed room had mold on the ceiling.

Everything was great, good location near to the trainstation. Comfortable flat for three night stay.

Only thing we missed was kitchen knife which would be useful addition to prepare our own food.
