Mini Loft ULB DELTA area with terrace

It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and modern.

It was a bit further out of the city than what we had realised but to be fair we got used to the buses, just a couple minutes walk from the apartment and they are so reliable one almost every 5 mins and on the whole the drivers were very helpful.

Shower, awesome. Location, public transport links and food availabilty

Lack of privacy due to see through blinds. Noise from next door upto 0030. Leak from rain through aircon, floor damaged over time. The drainage smell from the toilet.

Good location with around 6-7 km to the city center and quiet place to stay. A lot of restaurants and bakeries nearby where you can have morning breakfast and Lunches. And enjoy good bars in the evenings. Nice view from the terrace.

The Loft named Brut where 2 persons stayed had very bad smell from canalization, don’t know where was the problem but one night we literally had to sleep with half open door for fresh air coming in. Also, bit tiny room as it looks in the pictures! Same applies for Loft Wood.

Very fine destination (close to park Bois de la Cambre and bus stop No. 95 to the center is also very close). Very nice view from terrace of appartment.

Password to wifi does not function (however after request another wifi connection was provided). Communication with personal of appartment was rather complicated (person with phone number available at booking was not available and I had to phone to someone else, information about access to appartment was send on email only after previous request).
