Very bad communication with the lady that gave us the keys. No English and very rude. We were waiting in the cold for 20 minutes. The agency asked us to clean the apartment before leaving, taking all the trash and other stuff to do. This should be left to our decision. We would still leave the apartment clean, but we didnt like that they told us to do it. It is not a nice way to host someone. We are paying to be comfortable, not to prepare the room for the next ones! The bed is not a bed, but a couch, so prepare your back for it. I have booked a lot of hotels/ rooms - this was kind of unacceptable, but still better than the rest in Brussels…

Vacuum cleaner can be renewed. İt is too old.

Location is quite nice, very close to the Gard Nord within walking distance. Apartment was great and clean.

The site was noisy due to the heavy traffic. However with the windows closed it was reasonable.
