"Seems to be orientated to contractors rather than vacationers."

Convenient location just north of Walsall town centre with parking and very frequent buses nearby. Convenience store nearby and Tesco Extra in the town centre.

Through no fault of their own, the owners must have a problem with guests (possibly contractors) taking stuff when they leave; there was one mug between four, no toilet roll which is crazy, and no brush to clean the kitchen which the owners would expect us to do. The inside of the oven was a bit smeary although basically the place was clean. The owner was quite helpful when I spoke to him and did offer to recompense me for the mugs.

the location was fine for our needs and we were able to have two parking spaces.

The crockery, glasses and cutlery required cleaning before using. It would have been useful to have had some cleaning items - i.e. a few dishwasher tablets and a dishwasher brush. The linen and towels were clean, however, the skirtings and kitchen table were a bit dirty and dusty. The door key to the flat needs some attention - it was very stiff and difficult to get out of the door.

The apartment is not far from the city centre.

There were not any shampoo and shower gel. No tea bags or coffee. No cloth to clean the table. The sofa and carpet in the living room were filthy.
