The front door is not really secure and we asked for another key as the door does not operate like a normal front door and has to be locked from the inside if staying in while someone else may want to go out. Family needs to move like a pack if you are to operate with one key only.

Great location, cleanliness, great communication with the hosts. Nice quiet district.

Great location - we needed it for Heathrow Airport, Harry Potter world and a day trip to London so close by to Heathrow & Harry Potter world and as there’s a train station just down and across the street, it was perfect for our day out in London too. The beds were extremely comfortable also.

The property wasn’t exactly as we were expecting, with the layout, they’ve just tried to fit as much as they could in a small space and it does show as the room sizes are all on the smaller side and all the bathrooms/showers are small too. The property also wasn’t very clean, some areas were great but others were disgusting, it felt like the clean was a cheap job not a good job, we had issues of squashed, dead bugs on the wall, lots of hair in a bathroom plug hole, a toe or finger nail on the dining chair and more (the more we looked and the longer we were there, the more and more we found) which we did make the hosts aware and they did apologise and said they’d get onto the cleaners the next morning, but there was no offer of compensation, since there was no offer of sending the cleaning team back out. The parking is also misleading on the advert as it says “on street parking available” which is correct, but what it doesn’t tell you until AFTER you’ve booked is that it’s a permit area between 9am-11am, Monday-Friday’s so you can’t park there between those times, there are 1 hour bays which you get recommended to park in there, but if a warden comes along, 9-11 is 2 hours, so you could get a ticket. The welcome pack also has some misleading information in regarding the parking, which in your booking emails it does say “follow these instructions not what’s in the welcome pack” but after a long journey, upon arriving and forgetting the email said that, we wasted a bit of our time following the pack - which is our fault, but it did make us feel like the effort couldn’t even be made to remove a sheet from a ring binder folder and with all the other issues we had, it was like a “really?!” situation.

As we are a family of five, we liked the space ! We also laughed at the bakery right across which was perfect for getting fresh bread and croissants etc for breakfast. Location was perfect for us since we did for Harry Potter wanted it to be close to the Harry Potter event we booked.

Parking was unfortunately difficult. So we decided to park our car for a fee down at the train station which was about an 5 minute walk from the apartment. We don’t know what the Melos but it really smells old and awful which made me go to buy a room spray. this should be getting improved or checked out where it comes from ( carpets)? Pretty tiny room in the bathrooms itself and the stairs to one of the bedrooms was very steep. Also could need more cleaning since it was pretty dusty. The neighbourhood and area was quiet, so that was a plus to get a good night sleep

Location OK.

Advertised as three bedroom with en-suites and there were only two with en-suites i.e. third bedroom did not have a toilet but had to use the toilets in the other bedrooms. TV did not work and could only watch on-demand services and there was not enough cutlery or glasses for four people and communication was not good as no reply when these were highlighted. Landlord requested access for repair work during stay (two days out of four).

Damian & Jack were great hosts ! Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
