Do NOT Book. The shower door was broken and the water from the shower was a tiny dribble. One of the wall sockets was hanging out. The main door to the apartment didn't lock. The toilet flush was broken. The bathrooms smelled of drains. The shower walls had grime and black mould on them Beds and bed sofa had large stains from body fruilds. The bedding was dirty and marked. The walls were filthy with grease marks everywhere and nose pickings around the beds. The kitchen tap was broken. There was no toaster as advertised. The kettle was broken and did not work. The pillows were mouldy and black.The images in the advert for this apartment are not a true reflection of the apartment. We tried to contact the host and booking.com but we have had no response. We had to check out early as it was not safe or fit for human habitation.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del parlamento y del metro. Los pisos eran amplios y con mucha luz.

Los sofás camas estaban rotos entonces no cabíamos las personas que habíamos reservado. Además, estaba muy sucio todo (la vajilla pegajosa por ejemplo).

location is perfect, close to place Luxembourg and also close to the center. A relative safe area for Brussels.

Fan was not working, no curtains in the bedroom, very hot in general as its a roof apartment (it was 30 degrees C that day). The procedure for required 500EURo deposit comes over a bit sketchy if you don't know the owners or don't have contact. Eventually I was able to get into contact and getting comfortable to pay the deposit. No response on the phone number but response I got was mainly through the booking.com app. Eventually it was ok, but made me uncomfortable as I had an event planned and we didn't want to miss it. Also the utilities , decoration , furniture in the apartment is really on the lower end of the spectrum, this place is nice and has a lot of potential. The curtains in the bedroom are a must, as well as the fan.

Je déconseille fortement ce logement. À mon arrivée, rien n’était propre : les draps étaient sales, la vaisselle également, et j’ai même constaté des traces de crottes de nez sur les murs. L’état général était écœurant et inacceptable pour un logement censé être réservé via Booking. De plus, il était impossible de contacter le propriétaire pour résoudre ces problèmes. Une expérience très décevante. Il n’a plus répondu le jour où nous sommes arrivés

Un appartement très sale. Les vitres ne sont pas faites, le sol plein épines qui empêchaient mes enfants à jouer. Les draps incomplets et mal propres. Plein de toile d'araignée. Pour ne citer que ça.... Je suis très déçue de l'appartement

Endroit propre et sécurisé et calme Proche des transports en communs ( trains, trams, bus ) Douche bien large.

Manque de rafraîchissement ( peinture, tenture à l'arrière, divan abîmé, cache de la chase d'eau cassé, manque de couverts )

Un appartement spacieux, mais sous équipé

Absence des conditions pour un séjour digne: - pas de micro onde - lits et canapés très usés - des draps, serviettes, usés - escalier non fixé - absence des rideaux sur les fenêtres - ustensiles de cuisine inutilisable - absence tv - connexion internet en discontinue J'en passe, la liste est encore longue. Bref, un séjour bâclé. Pour le prix pour payé, on aurait pu être mieux logé. Pour ma part, je ne passerai plus jamais par là, et je ne recommande personne à louer l'appartement.

Quan vam arribar els llençols estaven bruts plens de cabells tacats com si hi haguessin taques de pipi, vam haver d’agafar tots els llençols i anar a rentar-los a una lavanderia.
