The key safe was a major problem as so low down and it took over 10 minutes to open it as all of us have mobility problems. All key safes should be at eye level.

Fantastic location, and the property delivers on all its promises. There's more than enough room for two couples to share. WiFi is good and the landlord support when things go wrong cannot be faulted.

Not a complaint, just something to be aware of: the car parking bays are not in numerical order. Made it a little tricky for parking in the right space, but I got there in the end.

It was great location but our nightmare began with the fire alarm going off everytime we put on the toaster (yes toaster) then when for dinner i fried chips!!!

Great location for Warwick town centre. Secure, free parking and close to Sainsburys for food shopping. Apartment was warm when we arrived and heating was easy to adjust to suit our needs.

Apartment was a little tired. Not as clean as other properties we have stayed in - mould in bathrooms around bath/shower. Shower screen not clean. Stained mattress. Although it states sleeps up to 5 there were only 3 cereal bowls, some crockery was chipped, cutlery a little grubby. Not essential, as we took our own provisions, but it is always a nice touch if teabags/coffee, a pint of milk and biscuits are left as a welcome pack. I know these aren’t necessary, but maybe an extra to consider.

Location.

Thick, slippery nylon sheet on the bed below the thin poliester bedsheet. The polyurethan duvet was stifling, impossible to use. I slept in my sleeping bag instead. Luxury black mold on the shower handset. Cast iron and teflon pots in the kichen with no traces even of enamel, all unusable. The bed, the shower, and the kitchen cookware were unusable but the rooms were full of cheap shabby 'decorations'. Hosts eager to communicate and make themselves 'available' for guests while not providing any decent facilities. 'Ah, cleaners let us down' reaction is easy to predict.
