comfortable beds, secure flat, 2 bathrooms - very handy , close to Sainsbury’s & Warwick Castle. Very clean. quality items in kitchen good and comprehensive for all needs.

The key safe box at ground level by the entrance door- was very hard to access, especially for less mobile guests. I literally had to get on my knees to access it. The info pack stated the key box would be on the right hand side of the door, that there were 2 and it would be the one on the right. In actuality there was one key box on the left hand side of the door & at ground level. Didn’t like having to take own rubbish to bin point, not pleasant. The oven markings had come off so there was no way of telling if you had setting correct on the dial for the fan oven function- it also didn’t match up with the oven instructions in the handbook- so it was trial and error. From the front of the flat you could hear a bit of train noise- but the development was peaceful apart from that. There was no remote key fob so you had to get out every-time to access security gates.

Clean and compact flat in a great location for the town and the race course. Hosts were really helpful and accommodating.

"We enjoyed our stay and positives far outweighed negatives."

Location was excellent and gated compound a bonus (except for the day the rain was so bad it caused a fault and the gate wouldn't open.

No storage facilities in the front bedroom. There is space on the back wall for a single wardrobe and chest of drawers. No bread knife.

Owners had very thoughtfully left all sorts of bits and pieces to make our stay more comfortable such as olive oil, condiments, laundry powder, soaps, shampoos, etc.

Lack of surface space in bathrooms.
