Very spacious and convenient. Will stay there again!

Wonderful service, friendly staff, spacious room and lots of air, it wasn’t stuffy on hot days. Large bathroom, good equipment, everything you need is there. Excellent central area and very convenient transport communications.

Security at the property. Full set of utensils were available. Good supply of towels & bedding.

Lighting in the property could be a little brighter. The ensuite bath did not have ventilation/exhaust.

The location is very central but very quite

Kings Residence met and exceeded our expectations. It is in the centre of Budapest. All the attractions, bars and restaurants are with in easy walking distance. The apartment is huge and very quiet as it is at the back of the building. The décor is fresh and the apartment has every thing necessary to make you stay comfortable including washing machine, micro-wave, stove top and tea and coffee facilities. Livia was easy to contact and very responsive. My wife had fabulous time in Budapest partly as we were able to come home to the apartment and relax in spacious comfort. This is the perfect apartment so stay and explore Budapest. I cant recommend it more highly. Thankyou Livia for a great stay.

The apartment is extremely clean, spacious and decorated with wonderful colors. The kitchen is fully equipped. The host is very friendly and replies quickly to all your questions. The apartment is quiet and well located in the centre.

Everything was fine, the host was only a phone call away and met us quickly to hand over the keys. Location is great, only a couple of minutes walk to the bars, clubs, restaurants etc. and yet the apartment is quite.

The apartment has a great location, in the city center, close to the St. Stephen's Basilica and the Chain Bridge is also not far from it. You go out of the apartment and you can find tons of places to eat, shops, money exchange offices and everything you would need. The apartment was also very clean and cared for and good equipped. It has everything you would need for a short or long stay in Budapest. My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay. The host was also very responsive and friendly.

The decor was excellent well put together very spacious

The heating and air-conditioning was uncontrollable been on the inside on the ground floor of an apartment complex it didn’t see much in the way natural light
