Paris Apartment

The apartment was clean. Very spacious for a family of 4. Good heating system with a fully equipped kitchen. Location of the apartment itself is very strategic and walk distance from most of the important attractions in Budapest including Christmas markets. Melissa who is the host is a lovely person with exceptional attention to details and very responsive.

Everything was good.

Liked everything about the property. It is close to everything. Walk out of the property to restaurants shops and site seeing. It is a large property in a beautiful building. Very peaceful and pleasant. Melinda is very helpful if need arise. We had an amazing time.

Nothing to dislike

The location was great The beds were so comfortable and the shower was really good.

Only negative was the safe was not operational

The apartment itself is quite good and spacious. The only downside is that the living room windows face the building’s interior, and the bedroom windows overlook a technical roof, which creates a feeling of being in an enclosed space. The location is also excellent. The main issue was with the service. After booking, we were asked to cancel because the apartment was supposedly already occupied, which was a big surprise for our family with children on the day of arrival. After filing a complaint through Booking, and after they explained to the host that she would have to cover the difference if we booked a more expensive option, the apartment suddenly became available to us. When we arrived, we had some questions because the instructions for the door code were unclear. We reached out via WhatsApp and received an irritated response, where we were also told we should be grateful they didn’t charge us for a late-night check-in, even though the listing specifically stated there was no charge for this. Additionally, the host asked us to leave by 9 AM, even though the booking clearly stated check-out was by 11 AM, and she knew we had arrived at 2 AM, leaving us with only a few hours in the apartment. Despite the high price of the apartment, the host justified this by saying that new guests would be arriving early and needed to check in by 9 AM, even though the listing mentioned a check-in time of 3 PM. We refused and checked out exactly at 11 AM. Strangely enough, the new guests entered the apartment right after us without any cleaning being done. When I requested an invoice for work purposes, I was repeatedly told it would be provided "tomorrow," but no documents have been issued, even though more than a month has passed. It's a pity that a decent apartment, even without a view, is managed by such an incompetent staff.

Great location good wifi, great shower. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Nicely decorated.

Location was perfect, super walkable.

The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the centre of Budapest and near many pleasant restaurants. Our hostess could not have been more helpful when our flight home was cancelled. Thank you so much

I was not notified in advance of the hidden location of the keys. The clothes washer was only that! No dryer function.
