Green apartment, in the middle of the city center, quiet, AC

Heel slecht contact te krijgen met de host, ik moest 3 keer bellen en berichten sturen voor check in instructies, die stuurt ze niet uit zichzelf. Vervolgens in het appartement is de airco dichtgetaped en zien we nergens een afstandsbediening liggen om de ac te bedienen. Na wederom berichten te hebben gestuurd naar haar, gemaild en gebeld geen gehoor de klantenservice gebeld. Toen gaf de host opeens aan dat de schoonmaakster zogenaamd de afstandsbediening mee had genomen en ze die morgen kwam brengen (het was 33°c). Uiteindelijk na veel contact met de klantenservice mochten we naar een hotel en deze accomodatie kosteloos verlaten. Ik heb dit echt nog nooit ergens meegemaakt. Ik raad deze accomodatie absoluut niet aan. Ze gaat vast op reze review ook reageren zoals ze bij elke negatieve review doet. Trek er je conclusies uit.

Doskonale usytuowany, czysty, przestronny.

We enjoyed our stay in the GREEN APARTMENT on April the 17 - 18 th 2026 thanks to the thoughtful environnement. I liked first the cleanliness of the place, the choice of the colors and the flowers wall especially. If life will drive us to Budapest sometime in future, I sincerely hope to stay again in this lovely place.

Las sábanas no estaban limpias olían mal. La primera noche la calefacción no estaba encendida y le avisamos pero la puso al día siguiente .
