Nagyon modern, 2 fő számára tökéletes apartman, frekventált helyen (főleg aki imádja az I. kerületet Budapesten). A ház nagyon modern, rendezett, a lakás pazarul felszerelt, tiszta, minden igényt kielégít.

Erkelyes lakaskent hirdettek magukat,pedig csak a felsoteraszhoz volt kapcsolatuk. Nem kozvetlenul a lakashoz.
