La suciedad: alfombras, almohadas, sábanas viejas. Aire acondicionado sólo en el salón, mucho calor en las habitaciones y muchísimo ruido al abrir las ventanas. El piso en sí está muy bien, pero necesita una limpieza de verdad y al menos ventiladores en las habitaciones

Plenty of space for a family of 4 with two teenagers, and location is easy walk to a lot of the city center destinations. Apartment was nice - could use some touches to make it feel a little cozier.

It’s a noisy area with the bars right below and if you need or want to keep windows open for air you’ll hear it until very early in the morning.

The apartment is very nice, very clean, airy and with lots of natural light. The rooms are distributed on opposite sites of the livingroom, which is a positive aspect for me, not hearing one another snoring through the bedroom walls :) The location is very good, with lots of restaurants, terraces and cafes just downstairs.

The only less positive experience for me was the acces to the apartment. Initially you find it easy from the street, but you need to use three codes for checkin and you have to use 2 codes and a key each time for getting in. It is safer that way, i get it. But it is a little more complicated than usually and i don't want to imagine how it would work if you came home drunk :))) Everything else was absolutely great.

Everything was great but location and parking was perfect.

The location was within walking distance to both the metro and tourist attractions. The communication of the landlord was good. We were satisfied in terms of price and comfort.

Everything is fine. If we just stayed longer it might need cleaning.

The apartment is very spacious and very warm, which was much appreciated during our late December stay. The matresses were comfortable and we weren't bothered by any noise from the downstairs bars. The best thing about this place is the location as we were visiting for only two days so we wanted to be able to walk pretty much anywhere in the city centre and this was very easy for us in this location.

I might be a bit needy when it comes to the communication with the host so this is a small suggestion for improvement - we received everything in time, but I would have appreciated quicker and more personalised responses because I get worried I'm being scammed when the host is not answering my calls.
