Olor en un baño, poca limpieza en baño y cocina y ruido de termo.

We loved that the apartment was always very warm and found it nicely decorated and designed for a couple getaway. Position was fine: it is not super central, you need to walk about 45 min to reach Parliament. But it's nice if you like strolling and still sort of close to public transports. Hot water was great and we had no issue with it.

The main issue for us was finding the bed sheets and linens with old stains which left a still visible mark on the textiles: they were clean but it's not very pleasant to see the stains. I think anybody can find very cheap, white linens nowadays. Again, it's very weird to be sleeping on a sheet that, although cleaned, has still a mark on it from a previous user. Something else: we found no water, not even a small bottle for refreshment, as we checked in our apartment, which was a bit disappointing and we also found 2 (literally just 2) coffee capsules for 3 days. We bought some ourselves which we eventually left in the kitchen (you're welcome, next guests!). Given breakfast was not included we can't really complain but these small details make a huge difference! Finally, the main gate is madness. The system is not very intuitive even after you follow instructions but at least even if we arrived late at night they were responsive and we figured it out on our own how to get into the complex.

Non c’erano abbastanza asciugamani, solo quelli per la doccia erano uno a testa , gli altri erano due ed eravamo in 5, phon idem uno per due bagni e dopo 10 min si surriscaldava e spegneva ed era inutilizzabile

Well equipped and centrally located for all city activities

Could not communicate with anybody regarding an extra clean during a 14 day visit. They were quick to email a payment link but no service date was ever confirmed. When our TV stopped working due to internet disconnection of the router in a neighboring apartment they could not sort it out in 48 hours. We had to stream from our hotspot . All communication was via email and could only occur during working hours when we were out in town enjoying our holiday

Obiekt był czysty, schludny i przyjemny.

Było zimno w środku. Jeden grzejnik grzał, drugi chłodził, a trzeci chodził na pół gwizdka. Gdybym pojawił się tam latem, to byłoby 10/10, ale lokal nie jest przystosowany do przyjmowania ludzi zimą, którzy cenią sobie 20 stopni w domu. Dodatkowo właściciel odpisał mi abym zdjęcie termostatu wysłał na maila. Po świętach i dodatkowo w weekend nie było to dobrym rozwiązaniem przy dwóch nocach wysyłać maila do kogoś, kto rzekomo ma się tym zająć. Porażka.
