Nagyon jó, központi helyen található. Villamos megálló nincs 1 perc sétára, amúgy a belvárosi nevezetességek séta távra vannak. Bár központi szállás, alapvetően csendes. Mèreteihez képest tágas konyharész és fürdő. A galéria belmagassága is nagy, nem kell legörnyedni.
