Madam with AC and the central location

Nice place, clean, comfortable, and in a very good location.

The room has all basic amenities. You get handwash, liquid detergent for washing clothes, basic kitchen amenities etc. The bed upstairs can accomodate 2 adults and was fairly comfortable. The room looks renovated from inside and was fairly clean from inside. The location was close to many resturants and bar and around 2 to 3 km you can reach city center , parliament and other attraction spots. All can be covered by walk and reasonably well connected with trams. Metro lines around 600 m away but depends in which direction you intend to go. Super market all nearby. No issues for basic stuff. Efforts were made to give a clean room from inside. The host was quite responsive.

1. Main issue is the general area that covers stairs smells like urine. Like people urine on walls and the smell stays as there is no cleaning of those areas. So going out and coming in to the apartment in that property is awful and smells disturbing. 2. One need to keep washroom ventilator on as at times smell of sewer comes from washroom. 3. The stairs in the room that lead to bed are made of cast iron and one need to be careful while getting down or climbing. 4. The towels were grey in colour and lacked softness indicating shelf life over but they were provided clean. 5. Sofa bed is ok for sitting. The hard springs can be felt and I would not recommend an adult to sleep there. 6. Property must go for renovation and sewer lines fixed so that smell from sewer is fixed from washroom.

It was very cozy and comfortable, and location was perfect!
