"Posizione eccezionale"

L’appartamento è veramente molto accogliente, ha la vasca con il doccino e non la doccia e la caldaia essendo all’interno e sulla parete confinante con la camera è un pochino rumorosa ma assolutamente nulla di che. Il mercato coperto è veramente ad un passo. L’autobus 15 ha la fermata difronte alla porta di casa ed il tram 2 (tutto lungo danubio sino dopo parlamento) è ad un passo difronte al centro Balna. È stato un ottimo soggiorno ed il proprietario fornisce moltissime informazioni prima della partenza e risponde prontamente a tutti i messaggi anche durante il soggiorno aiutando su titto. Per noi un’ottima esperienza.

"Not really air conditioned, neglected."

Spacious flat in a fairly central location. There is an elevator and it's quiet.

It is somewhat run down, falling apart. The vacuum cleaner is "fixed" with aluminium foil, but it is not working anyway. It was not replacex, although we reported it. There is very weak air conditioning in the smallest room, but the flat gets very hot in the summer. The dishwasher is broken with a sign that "it is not included in the booking" anyway. Other flats with the same price are much better looked after.

Nice staff, very good communication, open to help with anything at anytime, clean and secure, there are games and a TV available and the stay is right next to a lot of public transportation stations.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Hungary. Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, and the host was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I have only positive impressions and would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect. The apartment is equipped with everything for living. Lots of space and very comfortable. We had some problems with the locker, but the manager solved them.

Lovely location.Tram two minutes from front door.Suitable for a family of five. Budapest is very easy to get around.

Very happy with this accommodation. The owner was very friendly and communicative from day I booked it, very comfy apartment- ideal for families or 3-5 people. Superb location, absolutely recommended

The only issue is parking, if you are driving Monday to Friday, it’s not easy to find a car park nearby - especially if your car is LPG like ours - LPG cars are not allowed on underground car parks. Saturday and Sunday you can park on the streets for free like we did :)
