Riverside Deluxe Apartment

Really great location and compact property with essential appliances and comfy bed.

The heating doesn’t work. I believe this has been an ongoing issue, as also mentioned in previous reviews, and it hasn’t been resolved for quite some time. The host redirected us to use external heaters, but due to electricity overload, the fuse tripped 12 times during our stay. My husband had to repeatedly reset it by climbing on a bar chair, as the fuse switches are located near the ceiling – which is quite dangerous. When we raised this with the host, they suggested we may have used the “wrong” socket. But what are unsafe or “wrong” sockets doing in a property that accommodates paying guests? This is a serious safety hazard. Additionally, there is a burned, loose socket in the bathroom, which appears to have been there for a while without being removed or fixed – another serious safety issue, just like the elevated fuse box. That said, the location is fantastic, and I would be happy to return if these safety concerns were properly addressed.

The location is very nice very close to most of the city attractions. I really liked the flat style, all was very well done and we had all we needed

All was really nice… if anything I would have placed 2 face towels as we were two and perhaps add 2 more sleeping pillows. Also we had some issues with ordering some take away as the intercom is not working… as we only had a set of keys if someone would go out on his own it would be good to have it working. But these are just a suggestions I am very happy with the property

The property itself is really nice, but we visited in December and there were no heating in the apartment! The owners knew about it as two electric heaters were prepared but we couldn’t use it as plugged in to the sockets were knocking fuses off of entire apartment.

We were freezing in the apartment and had to use wet towels for 3 days, as only one set per person was provided and no heating to dry them off. We contacted the landlord but didn’t receive any help or at least extra set of fresh towels. A very horrible experience !

Great location, clean and contains everything from the description

The apartment is in the basement and central heating didn’t work so we had to use two small electric heaters. The heaters were enough to warm up the apartment, but it took some time. Especially the bathroom was hard to heat enough. It would be much easier if the central system was functional. (We were in the last week of December so the good heating system was necessary)

Hot water wasn’t enough for 2 people

Position position position. You could walk to all the tourist spots. Trams 23, 2, 2b were a minute walk. They took you to the Parliament Building and anything else along the river. The restaurant boulevard was around the corner. We could not have chosen better.
