Concept Apartments

It was very good location and very clean.

The aircon didn’t work, which made it extremely uncomfortable. They had a portable aircon which was too loud and it leaked water. Luckily there was a fan, otherwise we wouldn’t have coped with the 30 degree weather. The aircon hasn’t been working for awhile from the reviews we read.

It is really central, it was a good size and very clean. The staff were very considerate and helpful.

Lots of iron gates - felt a bit like if we were in prison. Pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable.

The communal area is not great so just prepare on arrival. Lights don’t work in communal area. Would recommend using the lift. Much better once in apartment.

Location is where all the action is for tourists. The self check-in/out process is a breeze. The apartment is spacious, clean, newly decorated and functional. Big windows are a nice plus. Everything you might need for a short to medium length stay.

While the building itself does have a new elevator, everything else is pretty dilapidated. There are three fidgety doors with creaky locks you need to pass through to get in the apartment, which are just waiting to fall apart. Still, this is pretty typical for the city and once you're in the apartment everything is really nice.

Loud at night The group staying in the other apartment was very loud. Wrong information or missing (the luggage point was closed and we lost almost 2 hrs, the check out check in information is sent quite late or missing.
