Stylish VAGABOND - 3BR, 2 Bathrooms, AC, Central Budapest

Close to everything and centrally located. Spacious and updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Unfortunately, the AC units weren’t working. Being a 3rd floor unit meant it was very stuffy and hot. Someone was sent out to check it but not very promptly…and then all they could do was confirm there was an issue but couldn’t get a professional technician scheduled until three days later (the day after we were scheduled to leave). We tried leaving the windows open but this meant poor sleep bc of all of the street noises and loud, drunk people from a nearby bar. There are no fans so we couldn’t even try to circulate the air around. We tried asking to be changed to a different location, as we know this property manager also manages other properties in Budapest. We received no further response until after our stay ended. After threatening to leave a poor review, we received a measly 10% reimbursement. I specifically chose this place bc it advertised AC (in the title!) but alas, this place didn’t deliver. I understand things break, but I’m disappointed there was no offer to relocate or refund us to let us find our own different accommodations. Other things to be aware of- no elevator so you need to be fit enough to walk up and haul luggage up a few flights of stairs. Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. It’s a condenser dryer and you have to empty the water consistently. Not a big deal but it did take 3 rounds in the dryer to get our small load of laundry completely dry.

Area, was an excellent size. Toilet facilities were excellent and bedrooms were an excellent size. The handover to get access was easy and allowed us to get in no bother. Location, was excellent and right in the middle of Budapest.

Small issue with lock battery not working. Would be good to have a manual fallback option in these instances but not a big issue. Busted slats on the main double bed - I moved them about to fix myself but it would be good to order new slats.

Nice location, the door is with a code so convenient for a bigger group.

Had to wait over a week and remind 2-3 times till the deposit refund was processed (still not on my account).

It is clean and the emplacement is good. We do some things by foot.

Some problems to found the appartement. The number of the appartement isn't easy to see.

The apartment was very clean and looks exactly like in the photos. The location is great, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk, and it's very quiet at night.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very comfortable. Excellent facilities. Great location. Would definitely return here.

Super spacious, comfortable and clean apartment located in the heart of Budapest. Everything in walking distance. Paid parking opposite of the apartment or at the street behind.
