Urban Spirit Apartment

Apartment is very nice so it is as shown in the photos, with all the amenities, kitchen equipped with everything you need, TV, air conditioner and much more and so clean. It is located in a very central area from where you can walk to many attractions and historic buildings. It is a short walk from the metro station and well served by buses and trams. The staff is very kind and very willing to help. It was a beautiful stay also thanks to this apartment, I highly recommend it.

The host was exceptionally helpful given it was late at night and we were cold and afraid. We had been badly treated by the landlord of the property we had booked who cancelled last minute and somewhat distressed at nowhere to stay. Check in is online and swift. The host representative was kind - even turning the heating on in advance. The property is well located (a short walk to the sights and felt safe) well equipped and well decorated. The shower was very good and the AC worked well.

We would prefer the couch to face the TV and instructions on how to use Netflix etc. However we spent a lot of time out so not a big problem. A small oven would have been ideal. Beware of the step between the main entrance and the apartment. its easy to trip if not looking for it in the dark.

Really nice apartment inside. Host was very friendly and really wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us which was very much appreciated. They even offered to come down and check on us if needbe which was also a lovely touch. Great location as well and very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended.

Main Entrance to the property isn’t the nicest, and until we were inside, we weren’t very optimistic about it being that great, only for the property inside and great customer service from the hosts to completely turn things around and make our stay very pleasant.

Amazing location! Pretty much in the middle of the tourist area but still in a residential and quiet setting. Fully equipped studio room (perhaps a hairdryer will be nice unless I just didnt see where it is). Everything was fairly new and spotless. Looks like in the pictures. Pretty straightforward way to remotely check-in and the hosts are very responsive. Bed was comfortable and I really had a lovely stay!

Could use some of those travel size toiletries as in the picture - there was none but there was body wash at least in the shower
