Buda Hills villa apartment

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, elegant, welcoming! The garden is related to a fairytale in my opinion!🤗 The bus station is close to the house itself, so you can easily arrive at the main points of interest! 11/10 as a conclusion!

The villa and its garden really shine in summer. A beautifully created and maintained creation. Ursula and her husband are to be heartily congratulated. Thank you both for an exceptional stay. The ponds are a magnet for dragonflies! :-)

The apartment itself is really well-proportioned and classily decorated. The only bit that doesn't reach this high standard is the bathroom - but this too is perfectly serviceable and does all that it needs to. For the kitchen, it might just be worth looking into providing an air fryer .

Lovely, stylish apartment with beautiful, walled garden in a nice, quiet part of Budapest. The best apartment we have ever stayed in. If we return to Budapest we will want to stay here again. There is a good, frequent and cheap bus service into town from right outside the property. Good security.

Very hilly area so not good if you are arriving by bicycle.

This wonderful flat in such a beautiful residential area is our "second" house in Budapest every time we come here. Everything was fantastic as usual, and Ursula is an unbeatable host!

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bathroom., though even that was okay.

The location of the property is amazing. Also, inside the property is amazing: the garden, the water fountain, etc. The apartment has all the necessary amenities at your disposal, including a washing machine. The bathroom is quite spacious and has all the toiletries available. Netflix is available if binging is your game but you will have to reset (unplug the TV) from time to time for it to work. The property is not very far from city center. If you use public transport you will arrive in about 20-25 min in the Center. The same takes by car but parking is no easy thing. Parking at the property is free on the street.

It was not spot clean as the rugs needed some vacuuming. Also, there are no mosquito nets so you might find some bugs inside. No big deal though. Watch out for the low lighting fixtures especially the one in the bedroom.

Beautiful property. Easy transy access into Budapest. There was plenty of room for a family of 4.

AC unit did not work most of the time. No hot water on the last day of our stay. Washer, but no dryer. Washer took 3 hours and was only capable of doing 3 shirts at a time.
