Modern Apartments side by side near the Synagogue

I loved the location and helpfulness of the staff involved in looking after my stay.

Bed and size of the apartment were smaller than I expected.

Good location and quite room.

Bed is really small for two person.

Excellent location, room is will equipped with kitchen appliances and washing machine, reasonable price. Supermarket and metro station across the street. Many restaurant and pubs nearby.

Shower had bad smell from sewage and soap holder is missing. One of the two window curtain was defective and could not be opened, therefore outside light and air was limited. I experienced several issues during my 6 nights stay, first couple of days front door could not be opened, had to wait for building tenants to open the door for me. Later it was fixed. One day the single elevator broke down. Another day, a drunk homeless blocked the main entrance for a long time. Property customer service did absolutely nothing. I called their phone number of 3 different occasions, got an answering machine. Never got a human to answer, although they claim to have 24/7 service. They don't. Only way I could communicate is via Booking.com messaging, and if they reply, it takes them a few hours.
