"The environment of the apartment made the experience extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable"

The location

There was no AC, the walls were dirty, there was no natural light and the windows looked into the inside of the building, there was a USED CONDOM under the mattress.

"DIRTY"

Great location but VERY VERY DIRTY

The owner should consider to get this place deep cleaned! I stayed here with my husband for 5 nights! Location was the reason why I originally booked but once we got into the apartment we could feel the smell of the bathroom drain. The place was very dirty, behind the bed, the stairs, the bathroom had spiders everywhere! And I Don’t wanna talk about the dust😣!! The shower needs to be fixed because the water goes everywhere in the floor and the hot water lasts for 1 shower only a day!!!! My husband did shower with cold water because it took 24hrs to get the hot water back! Also you can not adjust the heating /AC cause it’s pre set. Stayed for 5 nights and never got our room cleaned or bathroom, never got a towel/linen replacement even though the description says differently! In overall, I will not stay again and I do NOT raccomend this place!

"The place is very comfortable with a top location."

The location is super central and at the same time quiet enough. Very close to the river for night walks and boat tours, close to the metro and to the bus stop for the airport. The place is spacious enough with a high ceiling and it feels comfortable staying there. The shower cabin is renovated and it is clean.

Since it is inside the building, there is not that much natural light, but this was not a big thing I would say. So actually we liked everything about the place

only dislike would be the drainage of shower - water goes beyond the drain near the glass and soaks the floor.
