The location was great and how easy it was to communicate with the host

Apartment was very clean and neat, secure access and centrally located to tourist attractions.

if you plan to book these apartments and come at night from another country just to spend 1-2 nights (after 11:30 p.m.), I would definitely not recommend this option. if you have certain questions or problems with the apartments (how to get to them, which electronic codes need to be entered at least 4 of them), no one will help you and you will have to look for another hotel. The money spent was not returned to me. The very process of finding your number is very complicated, a lot of information, but not what you need. I was initially sent incomplete instructions without any electronic codes for the doors, then, after about 30-40 minutes, they sent a video with instructions on how to find my room, which showed what a person enters into electronic locks - it is very inconvenient to see them all from the video and draw them somewhere. But the most interesting thing is that there was no code from the room itself on the video - so I could not get into my room at all and was forced to spend my money and look for another hotel. And only in the morning they sent me normal instructions that were no longer needed. Of course, they refused to return the money. So I spent €115 just like that

The location was good and the staff was helpful as well.

Overall it was quite dirty. Especially the sitting area in the kitchen, the walls had holes in them as well. We had no key and it was only a code access to the building and the apartment. The fire alarm went off and the electricity was turned off so we Cupid mot get out of the apartment. The staff told us that we don’t have any access to the key for that specific apartment. The only thing they can do is send someone over in 15/20 minutes to let us out. If it was a real fire alarm that wouldn’t be very helpful.

Apartment is realy good located, close to the city center, clean and spacious.

Only 1 towel per person was not enough for one week stay.
