BpR Space Grey Home with balcony

It’s was a great location, clean. The bedrooms were lovely, and it was nice to have an area to relax after a busy day. We didn’t realise when booking that it had an extra WC which was a bonus with 4 of us staying. And the added extra of some refreshments left was a nice perk.

The beds were quite hard and the pillows were uncomfortable with no spares, the heating was difficult to control with no instructions so we were too hot at night. There were also night hand towels in the apartment so was frustrating when washing hands. There was no tea towel either or anywhere to put washing up to drain and only two dishwasher tablets left. There was also only 4 toilet rolls which wasn’t enough for 4 people for 5 nights. It advertised that there would be toiletries, however there wasn’t which was frustrating when I ran out of shower gel.

very good location, everything was clean and well organised, the apartment looked good, had a big living room with a good sofa and a tv + a nice balcony

we had a dishwasher but did not have any dishwashing tablets and liquid

The location was great. Everything was in walking distance and public transport was available very close to the apartment.

Good location, in the heart of the 7th district. A large selection of gastronomy, culture and retail within walking distance.

Very loud; Apartment one floor up had two different guests during our stay; both very much in a party mood until late at night. Building is a concrete castle around a small courtyard and very noisy. Furnishings of the apartment are cheap and worn: the living room closet doors are stuck because the whole closet is crooked. The microwave is not usable, acknowledged all entries with "safe", no instructions there. Edge of the bathtub chipped off, balcony door can only be opened with force, carpet in the living room disgusting, in the laminate floor there were numerous large gaps in which the dirt collected.....

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment in the last year. Everything is excellent and suits me completely.

Please, just put extra towel holders in the bathroom.

Location was excellent. It had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

No cot on the first night when arriving late with a baby was not ideal. Unable to get hold of anyone until contacting Booking.com. this was rectified once following this process. Toiletries were provided but dispenser was broke so unable to use this. Had to buy additional which was not ideal on the first morning. Heating was set to 24 degrees. Unable to turn this down or off - probably a fault of mine but we all tried.
