Adorable, cosy apartment at the Heroes' Square Budapest

The apartment has an excellent location in the central part of the city, 1 min from the metro station. Very well equipped and spacious enough for two adults with two children. The host is very polite and available for any questions.

Very well equipped place (even with bowls for pet feeding and high level of food - in case of emergency). Really in the "hard" of the city. P+R Mexicoi is in a wolk distance which is very useful for travelers as we were. City park is near for your pet walks. Communication with the host was very good and on time!

It's not connected with the place - if you're traveler with a car, you should be prepared with HUF coins for local parking machines. They are old and don't except banknotes or cards. In roaming you can't pay your stay with a SMS as well - neither the short, nor the longer number will except your massage. Luckily I had no problems with city mobility! 😉

Monika the host was so kind- as we were traveling with a baby and a pet, she wanted to know if we needed a baby cot or a dog bed during our stay. On arrival we were met by not only a very cozy clean apartment, but Monika had also left out for us some baby friendly shampoo and bath gel and a bottle of baby food, just in case. She also kindly offered to extend our leaving time since the apartment was free that night. Excellent host and attention to detail.

The apartment is on the elevated ground floor of a building on a busy street, but with windows to the courtyard, traffic noise is practically inaudible. The metro station is very close, the journey to the city center takes only a few minutes. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped to a high standard, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, syrup, etc. were also prepared. An ideal place, especially for the visitors of the Szechenyi spa.

Right next to heroes square, close to the metro, there’s a free parking 15min away by foot, super close to the baths. Basically everything is less than 20min away if you walk. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and you get everything you need and more for a couple of days. They even supply you with feminine hygiene products, milk, elderflower syrup, coffee, cleaning pods for the washing machine and for the dishwasher. The owner replies quickly if you have any questions and they’re super nice!

The dishes were a bit dirty when we got there, but I guess that’s the previous visitors’ fault. A lot of things were a bit dusty. It’s a bit complicated to figure out how to get in and out of the apartment at first.

The apartment is gorgeous, the host left us little treats, coffee, tea, and milk. Also, the instructions on how to check in were clear, so we did not have any problems with access. It is located in a great area close to all the tourist attractions, so we could just walk and not use public transport. Great, clean, brand new and cosy!

The apartment location was perfect for our needs, as we were staying in Budapest for less than 36 hours. It was clean, and modern, with excellent facilities.

We found the mattress on the bed was too thin and the pillows were not very comfortable.
