Rude attitude. We announced our check-in time in advance – when we got to the apartment no one was there, so we called the number that was sent to us. A lady from the company spoke very rudely and yelled at me on the phone because I didn’t specify which apartment we are at. She told me they have over 200 apartments and that I need to be more specific. she was very rude and impolite during the whole conversation. we were waiting outside on the street with our luggage, then one of the staff members arrived 10 minutes late and was also impatient and gave us an attitude. In addition the A/C in the apartment is not working, just ventilating but not cooling

The location was easy to find. It was clean and had everything you need. Not so far away from center, from parlament

Very good location, only few minutes to tram or metro. Quiet place even during the night. Helpful staff, nice apartment equipment, comfortable rooms big enough.

Kitchen equipment. Not enough plates or cutlery, only one small knife. No diswasher powder. For cooking for a family it was not convenient. Some of the plates were not clean.

Very clean and close to many restaurants.

Nice looking apartment, modern, very spacious, perfectly located in centre of Budapest.

It had such a good location, we could get everywhere in just 10 minutes or less. It was really clean and fresh, I would recommend it to everyone.
