The location is amazing, it is nearby metro and other stations, just a walk away from sightings. The apartment we were at is in a very interesting building. Self check-in/out was easy, we were given all instructions necessary. We had everything we needed and the personnel accommodated our requests.

Lack of shelves or other storage in some rooms. In the mids of a heatwave, the rooms were difficult to cool, due to their size. Unfortunately one sink was clogged prior to our arrival and the personnel were unable to unclog it, so we couldn't use it during our stay. Anyhow they were responsive, but professional help was needed, which we did not await.

Camera pulita e funzionale, vicinissima alla fermata del pullman che in massimo 10 minuti ti portava in centro. Il responsabile della struttura era disponibilissimo (ogni volta che scrivevo rispondeva in poco tempo, sempre molto gentile e professionale.
