Dachwohnung mit Charme im Haus Luchre, Zermatt

시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 깔끔하며 주변 환경이 조용한 곳이어서 좋았습니다. 사전에 열쇠 수령 및 아파트 이용에 대한 자세한 안내를 보내주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다.

캐리어를 가지고 계단을 오르는 게 좀 힘들었습니다. 그 외는 모두 만족합니다.

A number of steps up to the apartment

You can see the Matterhorn and the town of Zermatt nearby — absolutely beautiful.

It’s indeed a bit far from the train station — about a 15-minute walk, including some uphill sections and a short flight of stairs. However, the host did inform us about this in advance. I wouldn’t recommend it for people carrying large, heavy luggage or those who have difficulty walking uphill. Also, since the apartment is on the top floor, tall people might find themselves bumping into low beams.

ホテルの設備は良く非常に快適に過ごせた。

３時に宿に到着して連絡したが、暗証番号が届くのが１７時３９分で長時間待たされた。WIFIの資料のページが無く連絡して遅くやっとWIFIが使えた。旅行者が自分のWIFIが無ければ対応できなかった。担当者から何の謝罪もなく非常に不愉快だった。mountain view ,garden viewと記載されていたが前には新しい家が建ち何も見えなかった。こと事を連絡すると｛テラスに出ればどこかの山や庭が見えるでしょう｝と返答有り。旅行者を本当に馬鹿にした管理者です。入室が遅れた分返金してもらいたい。booking.comさんよろしく

Everything perfect, exactly what we expected

A good price of accommodation in Zermatt. Well equipped crockery and cutlery. Be careful about the ceiling.

Very nice and cosy apartment

Since it’s an attic apartment, it’s a bit tricky to move around where the ceiling is low, especially for tall people

Very helpful and friendly owner. Key collection and location instructions very good. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Bed comfy. Quiet location. It provided everything we need for a ski holiday.

The sloping ceilings keep you on your toes! Whilst we were happy with the number of steps up to the apartment I can see that others might not. If you know Zermatt, you are ready for the changes in elevations for much of the accommodation on offer. We prefer to be out of the centre and in a quieter area.
