1.地理位置佳。采尔马特小镇上有很多酒店和民宿。这个公寓距离火车站的旅途步行可达，而且几乎都是平地，拖着行李也毫无负担。 2.厨房设施齐全。电磁炉、烤箱、洗碗机齐全，厨具、调味料等也很丰富。加上火车站门口的coop超市，可以解决早饭和晚饭。 3.客餐厨一体空间大。适合家庭朋友聚餐社交。 4.卫生间水大。洗澡舒服。 提醒几点：1.垃圾需要自行送至垃圾站。2.没有明显的楼层编号。我是半夜到的，开着手电筒找房间花了一点时间。3.电梯使用注意。上半层即到0楼，而且0楼的电梯不能直接打开，貌似需要专门钥匙。我们是上到1楼后，进电梯下到0楼，再把行李运上去的。4.没有洗衣机烘干机，但阳台有晾晒区域和晾晒架子。

Very good for a group. 3 bedrooms with nice large living room area. All nice modern facilities. Walking distance to skiing and town. We had a great time.
