Wonderful apartment; extremely comfortable, very convenient access to ski lifts by foot and also to town centre. The host is most courteous and helpful. This one bed apartment is perfect for couples. Strongly recommended.

10/10. Chalet Guggunbiel is located in Zermatt, Switzerland and can boast they have one the best views of the Matterhorn, and facilities in Zermatt. This property is on the top (3rd) floor of a well secure condominium. It consists of two properties, one is smaller (2B/2B?) and one is very large (4Bed/3Bath). Both are very well maintained and beautiful! We stayed in the larger property. This larger unit is best for multi-families (1-2, up to 8 people) to stay together for 3-4 nights (or longer.) Personally, we will likely rent both units out for multi-family stay in the future.

Although not a large 5 star hotel (pool, concierge, SPA) the staff/owner were highly responsive and respectful. Clarity on which of the two units you will be paying/staying at.

An exceptionally clean, centrally located property with a very friendly and helpful owner. The property is a very short walk from restaurants, groceries and the Gonergrat Rail station. For dining, nearby Restaurant Avena was one of our favorites. The owner very thoughtfully provided some welcome provisions (water, milk, chocolates, etc) to get our stay off to the right start. Check in and check out was seamless and hassle free. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

The property was super clean and very well equipped with fairly new appliances. From there you can easily walk to Sunnega ski lift. The bus stop is also 5 minutes walk. You won’t walk more than 10 minutes to reach great restaurants, grocery store and shops in downtown. The staff was amazing. I absolutely recommend this property.

Well equipped apartement, very comfortable, We enjoyed our stay. we have a view to the majestic Matterhorn.
