You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Location, still close to downtown and the transportation system.

Communication, with the managing part. I've requested an early check in at 14:00 instead of oficial 15:00 with one week in advance. They didn't reply so I thought its ok. In the day of arrival I've been sent with 5 min before the official check in at 14:55 how to open the door and how to enter. Its like they never got my request ) or ignored it. Those who travel with luggages be aware the buildings don't have elevators in my case the flat was on the 4th floor.

""3rd Floor""

Apartment was large

They advertise this aparment as being on the 3rd floor, however it is in a very old building where the floors are about 2.5x a normal floor. Basically you will be walking up and down the equvalent of 7 floors everytime you enter and exit the room. Would not reccomend staying here with a baby like we did. We left our stroller on the ground floor once for around 2hrs and came down just in time to save it from.being stolen by vagrants that were hiding in a small abandoned room near the stairs. The washing machine in the apartment was also broken and the clealiness was lacking. Overall, for the price, skip this place.

"Excellent apartments"

The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. Excellent location, close to the subway and railway station. Nearby there are magnificent city park and a zoo. All major attractions are within walking distance.

The door handle for the washing machine was broken, but I'm sure it will be fixed.

"disappointing and a safety risk"

Big apartment near railway station

1. A top window - 2 meters high - in the bedroom fell from the housing, hitting directly on my head. As a result I had a bump and headaches. I was lucky. The window was not moved, opened or even touched - it fell entirely of its own accord. Upon further investigation, we found that the other window in the bedroom was also not properly secured, explaining the window falling. The room I've stayed in was the childrens room. There is a baby bed in it. And my bed was just next to the windows - photos see attachment. This incident was reported to booking. The accommodation did not respond. 2. The washing machine door handle is broken, and has only been superglued on. This means that we have not been able to use the washing machine, and that the listing should not be advertised as having one, as they have clearly made no attempt to make it fit for use. 3. The heating did not work as we entered the apartment, and neither did the shutters. As a result we spent 1-2 hours trying to communicate through the Booking app with the owners, but this didn't work so we spent a long time calling them. 4. The kitchen table is in a poor state, and was therefore unusable. 5. The beds are in a poor state, as the mattresses are old, worn and uncomfortable. 6. The street is very noisy. It is not possible to sleep without oropax.

"I have positive feedback about my stay in the apartment, however some things could be improved."

I liked clear guidance and instructions for check-in and check-out from the host, the aparment was very spacious and bright, with a lot of daylight. For the paid price the quality was really good!

The sink in the bathroom was clogged which was a bit annoying because there was always water in the sink when we washed our faces etc. Some corners of the rooms were dirty and it seemed that the apartment wasn't well prepared before our visit.
