The apartment is at a hill overlooking Zermatt town, about 7 to 10 minutes walk from train station with suitcases. But The view at its balcony is awesome in day and night time. The host is helpful and responsive, she provides a code to use the lift at a nearby hotel to go up the hill, saving the hassle to climb up the hill. The kitchen is well equipped. Reasonable room size for 2 persons. Highly recommended place to stay in Zermatt.

Nothing - it was perfect

Location was lovely, and the apartment was well equipped

There were multiple patches of blood smeared on the ceiling from previous guests, which was disgusting. The outside terrace was covered in old dried bird droppings. Quite simply a huge failure in basic cleaning. I immediately brought it to the attention via Booking.com, and the hosts still haven't replied 4 days later. I would recommend avoiding this accommodation.
