Great apartment and location but a cumbersome process to collect a key from a different place which adds to frustration

The property was clean and very close to the zermatt station. Gave positive vibes. I would definitely recommend it. Only problem was no information provided about where to collect keys after reaching hotel. We tried calling the phone number provided multiple times, but no one answered. We had to wait more than an hour to get the keys. Fortunately, we were lucky to meet guests who were already staying there. After asking them, we learned that the keys had to be collected from a nearby hotel. I would request that clear instructions regarding where and how to collect the keys be provided either at the property or in the booking details, so that other guests do not face the same inconvenience.

Very spacious with more than enough bathrooms! Our apartment had three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Conveniently located almost next to the Zermatt train station and also 5 min walk to town. Large supermarkets - Migros and COOP 5 min walk. A nice, unexpected touch was there was actually some “housekeeping” as the apartments are under Hotel Walliserhof. Rubbish was cleared, new towels provided and minimal cleaning done. Staff responded quickly through email communication. Will recommend to friends traveling to Zermatt.

A small inconvenience - We had to collect the keys at the hotel reception which was a 10 min walk from the apartments. However, the staff were very accommodating at checkout and allowed us to leave the keys in the apartment when we had an early check out.
