Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continute to Zermatt by train or taxi. Um unsere Unterkunft zu erreichen, müssen ein etwas steilerer Aufstieg (ca. 5 Minuten) und einige Treppen in Kauf genommen werden. Bei Check-In und Check-Out mit Gepäck kann ein benachbarter Aufzug gebraucht werden. Diese Wohnungen sind nicht für gehbehinderte, unsportliche Menschen geeignet. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from 01/05/2025 to 30/04/2028 and some rooms may be affected by noise and stub.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "Reasonably priced chalet."

The chalet was great. The owner was nice and agreed to accomodate our luggage to help us ski the last day after we checked out.

The chalet is high up the mountain so transporting groceries is a bit of a nuisance, but not something undoable. Didn’t spoil the vacation.

Chalet Kolibri had everything we needed as two friends for just under a week in Zermatt. Super clean and cosy, well furnished for a small space, a view of the Matterhorn from the terrace and lovely, accommodating hosts.

Wonderful location, central but above the melee of the Bahnhofstrasse, great view of The Mountain. Excellent, high quality facilities and a delightful host ready to answer queries at any time.

We had a great stay. The property is fantastic and has everything one might need for a week in the mountains. We do not have a single complaint. The interaction with the host was also excellent! An ibex came to visit us every day during our stay :)

"Great winter base."

Chalet Kolibri was a fantastic little home for the week we were there, offering a great base from which to go skiing. Particular highlights were the super comfortable beds and great shower. Ski storage near the bottom of the hill was also very helpful. Kitchenette was also great.

The walk up the hill after a day of skiing can be tough, but great views on the way up.
