Central & Elegant Apartments,partially with Fireplace, by Zermatt Rental

Excellent location, very spacious apartment. We loved the balcony area and views to the Matterhorn. There is a 2nd TV in the bedroom which was nice. Both TVs have access to you tube and Netflix. The host left us pods for the nespresso coffee machine which was great!

The couch in the living area isn't very comfortable to sit. We appreciate that it is a sofa bed but as we were only 2 guests we didn't need sofa bed.

The property is very clean and big and you can see the Matterhorn at your window. Its a nice place. And its easy to contact the owner he answer his text right away.

A few signs, that you can do ehatever you want as the owner of a holiday rental in Zermatt: -They use the nicest apartment in the building for reference. So it was not clear to me that I was booking another one. -also it was stated there were 3 rooms, but there were not, only 1 bedroom and 1 living room -check out is listed here as 10.30. At 10 a very unfriendly woman banged on the door and told us to leave. -they asked us to strip of the bed and throw away the garbage. I am not doing such a thing when I pay 800 Francs for an apartment.

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location. We were blown away by the view of the Matterhorn right from our window and the terrace. The room setup was perfect for our group; with two sofa beds and twin beds, the five of us could sleep very comfortably. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. At 85,000 JPY per night, it felt a bit expensive for us as Japanese travelers, but considering the average prices in Zermatt, it might be standard. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a wonderful stay!

Lage war ok. Kenne Zermatt sehr gut.

Sauberkeit schlecht. Es wurde geraucht. Zigarettenstummel auf dem Balkonboden. Eingangspartie / Stiegenhaus belagert mit den Putzutensilien. Farbkübel Pinsel usw. waren auch im Stiegenhaus. Einrichtung mangelhaft. Essstühle aus Plastik. Badezimmer viele Haare am Boden.

Central location to the Main Street and the main lift. We truly loved have our Apres time on the deck looking back towards the Matterhorn. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. We will definitely rent this apartment again.

Only feedback would be maybe a few rolls of toilet paper and an extra garbage bag.

Nicely placed apartment in central Zermatt. It is roomy with a very large living room with Matterhorn view. Well equipped, with very recent appliances. The ski room at the entrance is extremely convenient.

Great location, easy to find. Near the town centre and close to shops.
