"Fun stay in Zermatt."

Nice location exactly in the middle of the two lift areas. 12 minute walk to either ski base, 5 min walk to center of town. Quiet.

Property itself was fine. Would have appreciated more than 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and some paper towels or additional rags for drying dishes. Should not need to stock the apartment with the basics.

"Great location, great apartment, easy in and out,"

Location was great, very clean, and lots of little welcome treats and drinks to make us feel right at home. An elevator was a very nice surprise as I wasn’t expecting that. I’m used to carrying suitcases up stairwells on my European vacations!

It was a little bit difficult to know I was at the right place after following the directions. There were no indications I was at the right place. The number was on the door but it being a single digit meant I could easily have made a wrong turn or been at the right number but wrong floor. Maybe in the future put a decoration on the outside like an animal silhouette and put that info in the details on how to find the unit. I was worried I was going to open the door and be at the wrong place.

"Intro to Zermatt"

Love the balcony view of the Matterhorn! The place is really nice, clean and spacious perfect for the family of 5 but can still accomodate more in terms of bed space. Close to the train station. Very responisive to inquiries and will leave you notes ahead of time in preparation for your stay! Would definitely book this place again when we return to Zermatt!
