Apartamento en EDIFICIO en OBRAS, trabajadoires comenzando labores y haciendo ruido desde las 7:30 a.m Apartamento carece de dos banios completos, WCy ducha inexistente en unois de ellos, dotado de una baniera enorme innecesaria en vez de un wc. Falta de suficientes toallas , papel de banio, y ropa de cama. Higiene deficiente

We liked the apartment in Budapest because it was spacious, with many rooms, and everything was clean and well maintained with easy access via the door codes. The great location made it easy to explore the city, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, big enough table for all the people (tho we were only 4 person) and with the 2.5 bathrooms very convienient.

A few small downsides: the entrance had a bit of a smell, and there’s currently some construction going on outside. There’s no balcony, though you can smoke just in front of the door. Inside, a few things felt a little unfinished (like some water leaking outside the shower or hearing the downstairs bell), but nothing too serious – especially considering the great price and location.

Apartamentul este aproape de mijloacele de transport. Camerele spațioase. Vesela ok , are mașină de spălat vasel, rud3, aspirator. Este format din 3 dormitoare + living Are 2 aparate de aer condiționat foarte utile.

Dormitorul cu baie, are de fapt cadă si chiuvetă, fara vas de toaleta. O camera doar cu wc, fara chiuvetă. O baie dotată corespunzător. În august 2025 cand am fost noi, blocul era intr o renovare a fațadei. Geamurile.erau acoperite si nu se puteau deschidea pentru aerisire. Pentru ca se lucra la restaurarea fațadei, gălăgia făcută de muncitori a fost deranjanta dimineața.

Location was brilliant..all near,by supermarkets,metro,restaurants..clean and modern apartment..friendly host..highly recommended

Just,a bit noisy due to building renovation.
