Central Apartment Budapest ~ Roof Terrace/AC/Indoor parking

You've got everything you need. The landlord is really nice, trying to cater to all your needs. Everything was spotless. The bed was very comfy and we really liked that there were two pillows (of different softness) for everyone.

It gets a bit crammed if you're with kids so I think this apartment is perfect mostly for couples.

The location is great, it's 5 minutes from the M2 metro station and buses and trams, and the apartment is clean and well maintained in a newly built apartment complex. There are plenty of towels and bedding, and the sofa bed is very comfortable. Clean sheets, towels, dishes, all cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent readily available. Communication with the host was prompt, and the check-in instructions were clear. The garage is easily accessible, although it would be hard to park a big car or SUV, but that is true anywhere in Budapest). The only thing was that the day before the last the host did an inspection without telling us ahead of time and we got accidentally locked out of the apartment, but he picked up the phone right away and told me the new code and I'm sure he will do better next time. Overall I give it a 10/10

Absolutely amazing place, and the owner! Everything is clean, comfortably designed, and quite new. Walking distance to the center. Nice and spacious parking. We were 100% happy with our stay.

Great house. Great location - 10 min walk to the center, 1 min to Metro in case we were tired. Great parking spot, and most important great host which is available any time and took care for 100% of our minor requests.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short distance from all the must-see spots in Budapest. It looked even better in person than in the photos! We booked for a weekend getaway, and it couldn’t have been better. The included parking garage was such a blessing, making our trip even more stress-free. Our host, Gyuri, was the perfect host—so kind and helpful. The communication was seamless, and he was very understanding, allowing us to check in as soon as possible. He truly made our first stay in Budapest so much easier and more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

The terrace is fabulous and all the facilities/equipments in the apartment are modern and functional. The parking lot is very useful for those arriving by car as it is safe and free. Host is very hepful and communicative

Altough it is located very central in a new buiding the surrounding streets (regardless if big or small) are very dirty. Garbage management seems to be a problem in Budapest. In fact, based on my fifth visit to Budapest I found it each time uglier than previuous time. It seems that the political option of Hungary to always be against EU has an impact on this major city wich used to be a much better place more than 10 years ago. This is nothing to do with the host

Location is great! Next to the metro station and tram line. Apartment is modern, quite and clean. Host is very helpful.
