There is a big apartment with two bedrooms, two balconies and a good free underground parking place. Both bedrooms look into the garden so it's very quiet at night. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. Very good location of the building, just in the city center.

The apartment overall is pretty old. Door to one of the bedroom is not locking, door to WC is the same. Both in WC and bathroom there are very noisy hoods. Shower is bad and is fastened in a very uncomfortable position. Beds are pretty uncomfortable because both has 2 small mattresses instead of one large one. In general, it's ok apartment to sleep in, but very old and not comfortable.

Location, parking garage, staff and size of the apartment

Cleaning must be much better, half of the furniture is ready to be replaced. Floor looked clean but when our baby started to crawl, her clothes, hands and knees were almost black from dirt and dust. Also, you can’t provide the baby cot without the matress, it’s like giving the adult bed without the matress

Huge apartment, very good value for money.

It might need a bit of extra cleaning in the kitchen/ living room (but apartment was generally clean)

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man gerne die verschiedensten Bars vor der Türe haben möchte. Auch die gute Auswahl an naheliegenden Restaurants war super. Die Donau kann man bei einem gemütlichen Spaziergang in 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Tesisin sadece konumu çok iyi ve otoparkı rahat ve geniş park etmesi kolay .

Otopark için verdikleri proxy çalışmadı ve uzun süre kapıda beklemek zorunda kaldık. Orada kalan birinin kartıyla girdik . Hızlı dönüş yapıldı fakat ev sahibinde sıkıntı var ona zor ulaştıkalrı için proxy sorunu ertesi gün akşam üstü ancak çözüldü . Yastıklar yataklar çok pisti. Mutfak gereçleri yerine yerleştirilmeyip bulaşık makinasında bırakıldığı için uzun süre farkedemedik . İnternte son 2 gün sıkıntı çıktı sorun çabuk çözüldü . Aslında dönüşler hızlı fakat sanırım ev sahibine ulaşmaları güç oluyor .

Ev büyük üç kişilik bir aile için mükemmel, merkezi konum çevresi oldukça aktif.

Yönergeler oldukça açık ve netti, ev kocamandı, konum iyiyidi.

L'emplacement est très bien . L'appartement est grand . Les petits balcons très bien .

La remise des clés est 16h et certainement pas 15h50 !!! Le représentant a été très désagréable et pas coopératif du tout ! ( Mais bon il était dans son droit ... Après commercialement ça se discute ... ) Plein de moutons sous les lits , la vaisselle encore dans le lave vaisselle... Les vitres sales , les couettes et les coussins jaunâtres ... 2 soirées sans eau chaude ( Quand j'ai écris au représentant, il n'a pas daigné me répondre... ) Des travaux tout autour de l'immeuble... Pas de sieste ! Bref , je n'ai rien aimé ! ... Et je ne pense pas être très difficile... Surtout un petit stage commercial au gars qui m'a répondu sur WhatsApp ;)
